There’s a new social sharing site on the Social Media map, currently in closed beta, and I’ve jumped on board. The site, Likaholix, is a site where you share the things you like – from websites, to blogs, to coffee, to videos, people, chocolate and everything else in between.
It reminds me of the Facebook feed. You can post your own “likes” or “like” others’ “likes” (or other people) and comment on those likes. You will also get recommendations based on your likes.
You can pull your friends from Facebook and Gmail. And, OF COURSE, you can share your likes on Facebook, Twitter, and Friendfeed. You can also import your reviews from Yelp and Amazon.
Did I mention that the creators of Likaholix used to work for Google? Yep, a previous Group Product Manager and Senior Staff Engineer at Google.
